SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
We provide free shippingall across India regardless of order size.
It usually take us 2-4 business days (Saturday & Sunday not included) to dispatch orders. All orders are shipped from our stockroom in Mumbai through a registered courier company - Bluedart & Delhivery.
Upon dispatch we will send out an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, in addition to which we will provide you a tracking number. The estimated delivery turnaround time from the time of dispatch is as follows:
- Domestic customers - three to four business days.
- International customers - seven to ten business days
Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders for a cost of INR 60. Once a COD order is placed we will call customers to reconfirm the order, only after which we will process the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - COST & DESTINATION
International shipping rates vary from country to country and depend on the product and the number of products purchased.
Over and above the shipping cost, it's important to remember that your country may levy customs and import tax on your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. As it is not in our control, Koko Chemistry is not responsible for delays due to customs.
